I put wrong name on a cake. Did that ever happened to you?
I was working on cakes for twins and one of those name had first and middle name on it. I got right first name but instead of Kate, I wrote Kay.
I would not even know it, if my friend on Fb would not point it out. What a shame. It was too late to do anything about that, cake was already delivered.
I just apologized through email. What else can I do?

have to laugh 1 customer and only this 1 i allways forgot the h in birthday so now all her cakes need to be missing the h lol.
