I love my new Magic Line pans!
I needed a new set of 9" pans so I thought I would try Fat Daddio's or Magic Line. Well, I ended up finding a good deal on Amazon for the 9 x 2 pans - about $10 each. I have baked in them 3 times now and they are excellent. The cake rises evenly (no dome) and the outside is still soft (no crusty feel).
I think I'll be replacing ALL of my pans with Magic Line.

I love my magic line pans best too. They just bake up so much nicer than any others for me. I have a lot of fat daddios too but they do bake up differently. I like the fat daddios... but I love magic line especially their square ones... I get sharper square corners on them.
Gave all my Wilton pans away years ago!!!!

Check ebay for magic line pans, I have gotten some great deals on brand new pans. Just make sure you know what they cost before you bid, because some may charge more. :-)
