How much to charge for a cupcake fondant or chocolate toppers?

Some are pretty easy to make - like initials, or tiny flower but what about those you spend hours to making them like 3D animals or flowers? Anything time consuming.

When I start baking, I did not charge for flowers at all. Now, I do charge every topper $0.25. My cupcakes usually cost $1.50-1.75, so I don't think I charge much. But when I look at some fondant toppers selling websites, they cost much more - more than my dozen cupcakes already decorated.  Am I undercharging? I am thinking about getting my prices up, any ideas how much would be fair to my customer and to me???
