how long can i store cupcakes

I know you don't want to freeze your cupcakes but I find that when I freeze my cupcakes (and I do this quite often!) that it actually makes them more moist.  I always defrost them in a tuperware container at room temperature and they always taste like I just baked them :)   If you bake them on Tuesday and the even isn't until Saturday that's a long time inbetween and they won't be as fresh by then.   I would say you could store them in an airtight container for about three to four days max?   Good luck!

can i ask can you freez cupcakes in there cases or do the cases go funny when defrosting them

I often freeze cuppies with a rose swirl on top.  When I want a few cuppies I just take them out and they are fine.  I haven't had any problems with the wrappers going funny.
