how long can i store cupcakes???
how long can i store un frosted cupcakes if i bake them on a Tuesday will they be fresh enough and ok to consume on the Saturday?? i have a large order to do and i don't want to have to freeze and defrost cupcakes so i need to know how many days in advance i can make them thanks :)

I wouldn't do it that far in advance. If it was me (I don't work with fondant) I would make them ahead and freeze them. If possible I would decorate then freeze, that way they are all done and all you have to do is take them from the freezer into the car. My second choice would be to freeze just the cupcakes and then I would just start decorating while frozen.
