why does my buttercream have bubbles in it? I haven't changed the recipe.

Either you whipped it too much or you whipped it on too high a speed....you can break up the bubbles by running the mixer on low afrer you get it made or by using a whisk and gently stir the frosting to break up the air bubbles....hope that helps....
