Where do I go to find out kitchen requirements for Georgia bakers? I know I can't use my home kitchen, but I'm trying to find out if it has to be 100% commercial, or if I could rent a daycare or church kitchen. Any advice would be great appreciated! :) Jennifer
I would start checking at the County level...you know though, Some GA Counties do allow home bakeries. Start with your local health dept and also the department of Agriculture. and don't forget to find out all the licenses you need, insurance requirements and serv safe requirements.
