Fondant mat
I just want to put it out there that the silcone fondant mats are terrific...especially for moving your rolled fondant on to your large cake, it is my lifesaver.
I purchased a 24" x 36" Fondant mat, and it made covering a large cake so easy, and its also great for rolling out cookie dough- no dusting of mat was necessary. I love it.

I completely agree. I have this one - http://www.amazon.com/Ateco-Inch-Fondant-Work-Mat/dp/B000KESPXU - and it is worth EVERY penny I spent on it.
