Festive Fall - Fall Wedding Cake

Crystal - you need to upload the cake entry to the Photos section.  Go to the top of this page, click on "Photos", click "add Photo", follow the directions to upload, then when it takes you to the "edit details" page, make sure you put 1025 in the "Tags" box in the lower right corner.  Thanks!
Good question Violet.  I've never bothered to enter a competition as I assume we don't qualify for the prizes over here..............

Hi, I live in the UK, are the courses available over here or are they just available in the US?
Hi Katy - it is always worth asking the question, even if you don't get a straight answer.  Some of the competitions do post the prizes outside of the USA.  The recent amateur competition was like that.
Good to know Violet, thanks.  I'll pay more attention next time!

All photos eligible for the Fall Cake Contest are now featured.  Good luck to all who entered!  Voting can now begin! Simply choose your favorite cake by clicking the "Favorite" button under it.
I don't think many people understand that according to many photos entered.

Fall theme, Robert.  However you interpret it.  However, we did a Halloween contest last year and we try not to repeat the same contest.

Can Holloween cakes be entered in the contest?
Cindi - we almost always seem to have a few cakes each contest that are...um...unique interpretations of the theme.  But they usually don't end up in the top 10 and it's harmless.  My usual saying is you can can enter a goat in a horse race, but it's probably not going to win. :)
The one I saw is number as of today, but I don't know where it is now. Excellent talent, just thought they belonged in a Halloween contest. People entering such cakes can't know that it is discouraged unless it is emphasized in the rules. I may have missed this in the guidelines myself.

This Halloween Cake is made of buttercream frosting, chocolate rocks, and lots of fondant!

I can't seem to find the posted winners for the Fall Cake Contest?  Could someone direct me to them please?

How can anyone, ever, ever, find out who wins. It's not just me, a lot of people say the same thing that I'm thinking. I am sure everything is on the up and up, but when NO ONE can find out who has won a contest, it seems very strange.

I emailed you after the last contest to inquire and got no reply and never found out who won that conest either.

What is going on?
