i watched Fabulous Cakes last night , and the repeat, i sat in front of the tv with my cell phone cam to take pics of certain things they were doing with the cakes when the repeat came on , soi could give some of the things a shot, specially that modeling chocolate Flowers that guy made that was So Cool, I just loved that , The show is really Interesting , I cant wait till next weeks ep, Just awesome last night , 1st Cake Boss, then fabulous cakes then Dc cupcakes show, what a great night last night LOL Thanks Theresa for the heads up on the show,

I missed it!!! Grrrrr! I was going to watch it and then I fell asleep putting my son to bed. Was it any good? Do some of you think that people get a bit too ridiculous with cakes? I do! Especially when they start getting too tall.

Diana I do happen to agree with you on the ridiculos thing about cakes getting to tall, Some of the cakes are crazy , But fabulous cakes was really cool , I enjoyedit very much LOL

I liked that they showed a lot more of how the cake was actually done than the bakery drama! I would rather see the techniques and tips than 30 mins of people screaming at each other- i know how to do that! Thought it was good!

I really enjoyed it! I especially liked that they showed how much it cost, and detailed how it was done. All episodes are set to record on my DVR!! :)

Wow! I really love that show how much it cost. It is difficult to get people to pay what cake is worth when an lot of time and effort are invovled. I will have to check it out!

Yes, I think that's my biggest beef with most of the cake shows. As a cake decorator, you always feel like they aren't showing you enough to learn something, so this show is refreshing for that reason.

I know my husband & I enjoyed it. I was surprised that they did show how much the cakes cost, but glad they did that. The chocolate carnations were absolutly cool. I also agree about all the drama on the other shows, I could do with out all the drama, so I usually dont watch any of them but The Cake Boss, now I will add Fabulous Cakes to my DVR list
