wow Sher...it was correct!!!!! and it was fun!!!

and Seri...ahem...chocolate is a food group and the calories don't count because they are good for us and don't make us fat and are a vital nutrient and.........my therapist said, "Well whatever works for you" :D

lol-that's right, I say the same thing about my cakes, most people don't get those kinds of carbs in their diet! It's a necessity :D

I complete agree with everyone! Remember, the older we get the more healthy items of choice we should make. Dark Chocolate is always on the top of my list! And having this chocolate game this year to always verify my amount and age is good!

By the way, I said 9 (nine). LOL

How are you? Sorry I did not see this until now. I have not been on the site lately.
Hey, do you know of a good recipe for lemon sauce and raspberry sauce for cheesecakes? I am doing a wedding cake for next weekend and they are doing cheesecake for dessert with a few different toppings. I need to get a good recipe for those flavors.

Hope you are feeling well. The family is doing good. We are surviving the heat and even have had some rain lately!
