I have made one lace mold this way. Was too small....but it did turn out very nicely. Going to try again with a piece of wedding lace I was given. I have the "stiffener" received as freebie with silicone plastique, but one more application and it will be gone. I forgot all about liquid starch!! I know I have some kicking around....good tip.
