I am more of a cake girl, but took on a cookie project this week. I'm baking giant cookie cakes and followed the recipe exactly to the t. When the recipe said the cookies were done when the edges were golden and the center would still be soft, take them out, and I did. Well, now I've got raw cookie dough centers because I evidentally did not bake them long enough, and I didn't know this until they completely cooled overnight. Is it possible to re-bake them? My gut says no, it will not work, but wanted to ask to see if there's any hope in salvaging all this product. Thanks for the help!
