Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

When I make a bunch of roses to apply to a cake, I make them on squares of wax paper. Then I place them in a tray and freeze them. It's much easier to handle them when they are frozen. You just peel the wax paper off and stick them on the cake without worrying about messing up the petals.
