Yes. Just use a dampened brush.

oh yea, you build up you outline to pull from i use bc, i also found some brushes at the dollar store that were to hard to paint with, so i cut into the tip of the flat brush to make it jagged, u can use your flavoring's or alcohol the secret is to keep you brush slight wet, u-tube has a video and i swear i saw one on here

i can't fine it, i look for it. u-tube has some, i'm not sure if it was from there, i'm usually on cc so maybe there.
