I have switched to the Wilton disposable bags. It makes cleaning up so much easier when you can just throw the bag away.
Yea, i learned on a cloth bag. the ones i had got too old, so i need to buy new ones.
I have used the wilton feather weights, not bad. I tried the reguIar wilton bags, and didnt really like the
feel. Which made me think i should just stick with the cloth.
I saw some silicone bags online and im curious about those.
Although alot pricier, they are dishwasher-able =-) and would last a very long time.
I have read about alot of people trying to get away from the disposables.
Can I use a plastic ziplock bag? Will I be able to male ot pretty?
I used to use only the cloth bags, but they get nasty. They turn colors and get dark spots after a while.
I won't say you can't use a ziploc bag, because when I just need a tiny amount of a color and don't feel like loading up a bag, I have used it, but the ziploc bag doesn't fit right around a coupler. It's okay for emergencies.

When I asked I didn't know what a coupler was but after I figured out how to set up a bag I see why a ziploc won't work thanks
