Ads playing all the time?
Hi all, is anyone else suddenly getting a video on fondant suddenly starting to play every time they go on CWB - with advertisements first? i have noticed that the video has been there for some time, but has never automatically played before. It's now doing it every single time I log on to CWB and it's driving me NUTS!

Gail, if you make sure you have the right hand side of the video screen visible on your computer, you will see there is a loud speaker (volume) icon on the bottom of the video alongside the duration time. If you click on that speaker icon, it should mute the sound just on the video and not on your whole computer. The video will continue to run, but you won't hear it and you can still use the speakers on your computer. xx

Oh OK, so the mute doesn't stay on with yours then? I found it did on mine, so I can leave and come back without a problem. Let's hope Theresa can get something sorted out.

Looks like the issue has been resolved. Video is no longer playing automatically on mine. Everyone else OK?

Well Katy
I just logged on & in the bottom of the CWB page, this icon is there showing the top searches. Luckily, there is a X, so I can click on it and get rid of it. That has never been there before.

June, I think we get different types of displays on the site, depending on what country we're in as I don't seem to have that. But at least we all seem to be getting the right result. Good.
