I will be doing my first ever wedding cake in June and I am starting to get really nervous about the whole thing. The over all design is really quite simple it is just the size, delivery and praying that it does not sink in on itself or lean. I have made a 3 tier cake before but have only used the wood sticks for support. I am sure I am going to have to use a much more stable system with this cake. I figured I would just have to assemble the cake at the hall as driving with it all together may make me go crazy haha. Any tips you have would be great!
Here is a picture of the design they want, just done in fondant instead of buttercream. The flowers on top are real roses and the ribbon will be real as well.
