Susan Carberry: Under the Sea Wedding Cake
Date: Thurs, Jan 24
Time: 6:00pm – 9:00 PM
Students will create a smaller two tier version of the cake shown using rolled fondant, coating chocolate and dusting powders. All handouts, supplies, certificate and tools for class use will be provided. Please bring a 10 inch box to take home your finished cake.
