Ruth Rickey: Painting on Sugar: Cocoa Butter & Colored Cocoa Butter
Date: Feb 19, 2013
Time: 6pm-9pm
Students will learn to transfer designs onto gum paste plaques, to paint the designs using cocoa powder and cocoa butter and then how to mix cocoa butter with petal dusts and lusters to achieve colorful cocoa butter designs for cakes. They will also learn how to use luster dusts and liquidgel to create stunning silhouette designs.
