Hello everyone,

Great news fellow South West Floridians, an ICES member, Mrs. Sandy Lampe and I have been working on creating a cake club for our area. Sandy was able to find a location where we can meet. Sandy has been a member of her local cake club up north. Their club just celebrated 25 years. She will bring wonderful cake decorating and meeting experience to assist us in getting organized.
Everyone interested and or working in cake decorating and sugar artistry is welcome. This club will be for beginners and professionals alike.

Comment by Sandy Lampe on December 2, 2010 at 3:28pm: A & H Cake Design will be bringing the Creator of the Poly-Dowel Cake Support System and Free Samples. Extreme Cake Sugar Shop will be bringing several tiers of cake for us to do a short demo on the supports to show how they are better than the standard wooden dowel. .
