Join Kaysie Lackey and learn her no-fear approach to cake structure!
This is a must have class if you want to learn how to defy gravity and have an amazing and extremely solid internal standing structure!
Each student will take home a completed three tier balance cake including the internal structure, which can be reused.
.The Balance Teapot Class covers everything you need to know to create the 3-Tier teapot cake, including cake carving and how to cover odd shaped cakes with fondant, painting; modeling and making things appear aged or worn.
