Make your flowers and immediately place them on your cake! No need to wait to dry over night. Time is money and this class will teach you to create five beautiful hand pulled and sculpted flowers along with elegant brooches. The isomalt flower techniques you will learn in this class are roses, daffodils, plumeria, chrysanthemums, and stephanotis and then learn to airbrush and bring them alive. Finish the day with casting gem brooches and putting it all together to create your Isomalt Wedding Bouquet cake topper on a fondant base.
