June 10 Sunday-Palm Bay, FL at Simi Cakes & Confections with Sidney Galpern

10-12pm- Isomalt Class Series Casting including gems, silicone, hard plastic molds, sugar, and icing images. We'll introduce color too!
12:30-2:30- Pulled Sugar Garden-Vines, swirls, roses, calla lilies, and leaves into a beautiful sugar garden

3-5pm- Blown Bubbles, apples, hearts, and spun sugar bowls
