Hosted by Ladybug Cake & Candy Supply in Southbury, CT, with your instructor Sidney Galpern of Simi Cakes on Friday, March 8 from 7-10pm This workshop is a wonderful introduction to the world of isomalt where you learn techniques to cast, manipulate, and understand the properties of the isomalt. Each student will create dozens of unique and intricate colored brooches and learn to highlight with dusts and paints. To finish, you will attach your finished pieces to fondant and make your very own brooch bouquet.
