What will I learn during the
1-Day Mini Class?

Basic Canine Skeletal Structure and importance when sculpting
Basic feature placement; eyes, nose, mouth, ears, teeth
Identifying and breaking down the components of a “model” in order to duplicate in sugar
Sculpting a dog’s head and limbs
How to create gelatin bubbles
Techniques to hand sculpt wood slats for tub.
Create wood floor cake board, and brush loading painting techniques
Dry brush painting techniques for realistic dog faces
Applying fur and the different effects and/or styles
Make all small elements to finish cake such as fondant bubbles, bar of soap, bath towel, ect...
Complete and assemble tub and scene

Students will take home:
