During the 2 day class we will construct a complete 2 tier dummy cake. A round base cake will be covered in rolled fondant with a 3 letter monogram added on the front face. Decorative double frill border ribbons and pearl strings will border the base. Atop that will be a square cake, covered with fondant, with a handmade 5 panel fondant gift box lid. Side ribbons and a textured dress bow will be added. A gorgeous GP peony will dress the cake or cake board.  We also will be making a stunning, lifelike poinsettia.    Supply lists will be provided.  You will need to bring some of your own supplies. Lunch included each day.
