Hello there!

You said edible icing sheets or edible inks, does that count hand painting a cake with edible ink?

Thanks :)

I was going to ask this question too.  Edible ink markers? Hand painting with edible ink?  I'm assuming by the "or" you don't have to use icing sheets.  You could use the edible inks on fondant or gumpaste?

Any details you could share to further clarify what qualifies for the contest would be great! Thanks!

I am new to this.  I need help.  I posted my entry as my profile photo, but I don't know how/where to add the description/title/tag 407.

Hi Mary, You posted your cake as your profile picture. There is a tab lower down on your profile page to add photos. If you add your photo there, you will see the field to enter the tag.

Hi Theresa. This is my first time entering a contest. I posted my picture of my Captian Morgans cake and added the 407 to the tag. I dont know if it went trough or not. How do I check it out to see?

Patricia, getting the photos featured is a manual process.  Sometimes it takes us awhile to get them featured.  I did see that your's is already featured though.

Carla, didn't want you to think we are ignoring you.  I'm waiting on clarification on your question.  I'll get back with you as soon as I get an answer.

Sorry for the confusion. The contest pertains to edible inks from edible ink cartridges.

Is this competititon only open to U.S. citizens?

Jackie, the information in this forum indicated US citizens.  I'm assuming it is because of shipping issues.

Please disregard the comment on the masquerade ball cake claiming it to be the winner of the contest.  The Cakes We Bake contest is still open for entries, and no winners will be declared until the official end date.  Thank you!!
