Hi, I have my first wedding cake to make, it's thurs 5th April ( this week) it's very basic and simple, 3 layers, fruit, chocolate & lemon 12,10 & 8
I have today covered the fruit cake with apricot glaze (my bride doesn't like marzipan) & fondant.
It's has one brown patch!! & some areas look dry & cracky!!
Also will I be able to move it off the board once it's dry
