Fondant

Hi,

I am a newbie and am wondering what type of fondant everyone uses. The first time i used fondant, I used Easy Ice and I didn't like it. The corners teared very easily. What is recommended? How about MMF? Virgin Ice? or Satin Ice? or any others.

I would suggest that you try making Sherry's MMF. It is yummy and easy to make! She has the best tutorial and you can make it as chocolate or any flavor.
