Alayna's Horse cake - 1130F

This was made about 5" high from a large sheet style pan. I cut out the shape on parchment paper to get the initial shape & then carved away. This was for my cousin's daughter who has become obsessed with horses. Of course I was tempted to put a blanket over it & people at the party mentioned the same thing! lol
