Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Hi all. Do someone know something about the tecnique used for the coverage in the second tier of this cake?

where I can find tutorial or video?. I like the effect  of this "creases" in the sugar paste cover, I see it in some beautiful cake ,recently, in Italy:

Thank you at all

I did a cake like this a couple summers ago.  I used my Kitchen Aide pasta roller and rolled the fondant as thin as I could and laid it out on the table then  I cut each strip double the width I needed it plus a couple inches... then folded it in half and laid it on the cake.  It was a slow process the entire cake was this method in alternating colors of dark chocolate and a little lighter chocolate.  It was tedious time consuming but the end result was very pretty.

Nice Blog thanks for sharing!
