Hello all! I am new to this site, but as a hobby I have been decorating cakes for 13 years. Now I have a daughter with food allergies and I'm hoping to start a business which is an allergy-sensitive bakery, with the option of a professionally decorated cake. My only hang up so far, is I have no great ideas for a name . . . which doesn't help when you are trying to market! :)
I specialize in cakes but make granola bars, cookies, danish, cinnamon rolls, breads and several other specialty items. Like your good old fashioned bakery. The only name suggested so far was "Taste of Heaven" which I liked but there are two of those nearby.
Sarah, is there a catchy street name, landmark, nickname, or historically-significant thing about your area that you could use to personalize the name of your business? Maybe "The Allergy-Sensitive/Friendly Bakery" would work well as a subtitle.
Sarah,
There is an all organic store in my meighborhood called "The Free Market". Maybe "The Free Bakery"??? Make sure you add to the title free of allergens, or something LOL,
Thank you for all your ideas! Keep them coming if you have them, I'd love to throw a ton of different ideas at my hubby and family to see what they like! :)
Sarah's Sensitive Bakery It might get people to wonder & keep it in mind because it is different! FABulous Cakes (FAB stands for Food Allergy Bakery) or Sarah's FAB Cakes!
