Are you talking about the baby "rump" cake?   if so, if you google that, you will find a ton of info/tutorials.

I do believe several CWB  members have posted that type of cake pic's here

Yes Jane I looked on YouTube and I found 1 tutorial on the baby bottom thank you for the info:)

Glad you found it Teresa. 

 Between CWB,  You Tube, assrt cake sites/blogs & internet, it is pretty easy to find "how to"  cake info.
