Most marshmallows contain gelatin, and I'm not sure what the Vegan take on that is.

I agree with Eileen - gelatin is going to be your issue.

That's right Deah...had to make sure...it's the first time i'm doing anything vegan...don't want to make any mistakes and make anyone unhappy...so i'm good to go now :)...the bride just came buy to sample the cakes...and she loved it!!!!...She said the chocolate cake reminds her of her childhood...I'm still blushing...and she loved that the cake was very moist....
