Deal of the Week on Cakes We Bake
Just a note of caution to my fellow Canadian Cake Decorators here.
CWB has offered and is offering some wonderful deals, but be careful, as with the added delivery/shipping, it can actually boost your cost to the point that is is still cheaper to buy the item Canada.
Of course, sometimes we cannot purchase the item here, and then, well, it is up to you if you feel it is worth it.
Just received an order I got from a Deal re: supplier on CWB. Happy with the item, but less happy that I should have researched, cause I found another USA online retailer that with shipping, was $10.00 less. To me that is significant. Anyway, Buyer Beware. I should have done the reseaerch BEFORE I ordered. Can't blame the supplier, only myself.

Since we are located in the Us we forget to think about the members that dont live here.
I will try to make shipping outside of the us clear on all of our deals going forward.
Ps this wednesday deal is a good one.

We are looking for great deals on the product price, but we do not have control over the shipping fees. With any site you shop on, you should always evaluate that. The shipping cost will not only vary from supplier to supplier but also by where you live.

Hope I didn't offend you. It was my error as I usually do my "homework". I am still happy with the product cause you cannot purchase it here in Canada. My son went to school in U.S. for 4 yrs., and I REALLY miss the good deals I was able to obtain by shipping to his university address!!!!
