I have been asked to make a cake using Fresh Cream next week. I have always made buttercream cakes and so i'm not familiar with any good receipes - chocolate and vanilla flavored?
Also how do I manage piping and decorating with fresh cream as it is so soft?
Could someone please help?

It's really not good for decorating. Also you will have to keep the cake cold since it is supremely perishable.
