Up Loading pictures

Did you upgrade your Internet Explorer recently?  That seems to be causing various issues.  If you don't think that is the issue please let me know what is happening when you attempt to upload.

No i have not upgraded lately, I finally got to upload a picture by the quick add and then going back in and editthe picture Title, description etc. When I try to upload the other way, its shows its loading and never stops. Thank you for replying.
