When I said I hope your right, it was to imply that it would be great news. Thanks.
I just checked the status of my Cricut Cake and they said it has been shipped!!! (I am way too excited) However, it still says it wont be here until the 26th. =(
My cake cricut arrived yesterday! whoo hoo... I tried it out with one of the white frosting sheets and the sheet bunched up a bit. So i stuck it in the freezer for about 5 min and it worked much better. I think the icing sheets are a bit thin. Might look better with a little thicker gumpaste?? Has anyone tried gumpaste in it yet??
I have only used my cricket with fondant (but added Tylose) I used it yesterday to cut out some horses for a carousel cake due Saturday. I will post pics when its done. It cuts beatifully!
yes, please do! thanks! where would i find Tylose?
I am going to practice my cricut cake with fruit wraps...my family will love it!
oh wow... will fruit wraps cut ok? that would be fun!
I just tried fruit wraps and American cheese. The cheese cut great the first try, the fruit wraps work too but put the wrap with the fruit wrap on it in the freezer for 2 or 3 minutes. FUUUN! I didn't want to waist my gum paste and fondant and remembered someone saying this works!

that is awesome!
The CC came with a DVD that had RAM files in it. Does anyone know how to open those files or do I have to purchase the designstudio?
how fun would it be to cut out cute cheese designs and put them on crakers for parties! thanks for sharing your ideas!
