Hi...Im new in this site and new in the Business Cakes.... and I m interested in to know Which of brand of fondant is better... I only tried Wilton and Satin Ice, but Wilton I guest is to hurt and Satin Ice is cool .... maybe you have an advice for me on brands or maybe you can tell me and tutorial about how work the fondant better. I sow the video of Sharon Zambito, but she only use corn stach by work the fondant .... can you tell me please///////

There is a thread on here about fondant brands where people have discussed their preferances... you might search for it for ideas.  I use only Satin Ice and love it.  I never use powdered sugar or corn starch with it.  I have an Ateco Silicone Mat (actually have 2 of them because I cut a hole smack in the center of the first one)  You can roll out your fondant on it and flip it over onto your cake... never any dusts or sugars on the fondant and the finish is always so nice.
