This site has been pretty safe from the begining. But no matter what you do there is always someone trying to hack into your account or like you said the "personal realtionship".  Dont leave because of them; email one of the administrators with the info. of these people. Maybe they can put a block on these particular people or something.  The people who truely want to share ideas and info about cakes will do it open and honestly. Those who are trying to scam you in some form or fashion wont. Those are the ones you ignore.

Yoanna, this site is as safe as any other.  What you are getting is SPAM...you just need to report to the site administrators and moderators and then ignore it, no matter where you are on the web, Spammers are there.

Someone else got a strange email like this too... Be sure you report it to Eileen, Deah or Theresa.  They will block the person.  Sad that people are like that.

This stuff is driving me crazy already. Would you believe that after we ban the person, I get a personal message soliciting me? I've received several messages already. Hello, we banned you and you think I'm interested in your proposition? It's very likely these people are trying to get you to give them your email address. They cannot access it from this website.
