The Mat
I just used The Mat yesterday to put fondant on a cake.It is the best thing out there!!!! I am so happy with it, cant wait till my next cake. I did have to prepare it with a small amount of Crisco then wipe it off( Only for the first use).I will post a picture of my cake later.It is a circus cake.It had a 12 inch cake for the bottom and a 10 inch for the top. Just wanted to let you all know That The Mat did work for me. One more thing it was so easy to transfer to the cake on a rolling pin...

One thing I would NEVER be without is my Ateco mat(s)... I cut a hole in my first one and had to buy another one so I cut the first one in half and use the small pieces for all my flower making etc. It does make your life soooo much easier! And cleaner... don't have to use the cornstarch etc!
