I recently made my first batch of modeling chocolate, I thought it came out pretty well.

I started to make my figures and everything was going well BUT.......

I put my figures in the fridge as it has been so hot and sticky the last few weeks and the figures went hard, when checking if all was well this morning the figures have turned sticky.

What can i do to save my work?

Please Help!!!!

I store my modeling chocolate figurines in a cool dry place. No need to refrigerate. If it's hot and sticky where you are at, maybe put them under a gentle blowing fan. Also, what recipe are you using for the modeling chocolate

Thank you for your responce
I have used a recipe dowloaded from the internet.... White Chocolate 16 ounces and 1/3 cup corn syrup.
We dont have corn syrup in SA so was told i could use Glucose syrup.
I read that i could also use golden syrup but i am concered that the colour of the golden syrup will discolour the white chocolate.
