Check your junk mail folder. Sometimes it ends up there.

If not, send Theresa Happe a message and she'll get it to you.

Help, I never go one either and didn't know where or who to reply to. Or thought I was just dumb and didn't know how to retrieve it!! I NEVER recieved in any folder, email or junk. Could someone please send me a copy. I would greatly appreciate it! :)

Susan, I'll send it to you. The problem is, it comes in a welcome email automatically. I wish I could change the subject line so people would know it includes the ebook, but the programming doesn't allow me to change it. So, a lot of people never open the email because they don't think there's any need to read it.
