Great idea to start up with. Long time ago I started my website for custom restaurant desserts where I introduced sugar free cakes online. I got a good success in that.

Hi John,

I come from a family of diabetics and have seen first hand the damage this disease does to the body.  I do want to caution you about one thing.  Sugar is not the only culprit in baked goods.  White flour is just as bad because the body breaks it down into sugar.
