Help! Need help on a horse cake.

I have a horse cake to do in about 2 weeks and have no idea where to start. The person wants a pasture scene with a fondant horse laying down. Has anyone had any experience making anything like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Nikki - have you done a search on "horse cakes" in Google or Yahoo!? There are quite a few pictures of cakes featuring horses in pasture scenes. You might be able to get some ideas there.
