I had heard about the great pumpkin shortage but hadn't actually seen any evidence of it locally. Just in case though, I bought a few small pumpkins over the weekend to bake and then store in the freezer :)

I'm surrounded by farms growing pumpkins! You've got to be kidding about a pumpkin shortage. All the tourists flock here to pick them.
