Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I have cake friends from different states inquiring about PME classes they are currently all over the UK, but trying to find them in the US is like trying to find the best kept secret. I thought it would be nice if CWB could be the first to start such a list at least for their members?

I know there is but one instructor in Michigan, There's Nicholas Lodge in GA. Looks like a new PME store/school just starting up in IL soon...anyone know of any others?

Stupid question... What does PME stand for?

actually not a stupid question at all Jackie :)

PME from what I understand, and what I've been told is a company that did not start out as a baking or cake related company. But evolved into one :)

That said... a PME PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA is obtained by taking Professional courses to receive what in the cake industry is considered a MASTERS CERTIFICATE it is Divided into Three Module...here is a link to find out more details http://www.knightsbridgepmeschoolofcakedecorating.co.uk/80730/info....

Jackie, their full name is Knightsbridge PME and they are manufacturers of PME and JEM products, based in the UK.
