I'm writing to let you know that I just recently tried the gelatine balloons, which I am told you have a tutorial on. I got the information on how to do them from someone else on Cakecentral.com and tried them in a slightly different way, as I did not fully understand the written descriptions (I'm a visual learner.) I took pictures of the process and posted a pictorial on how to do them as I hadn't seen any tutorials with photos. The post has since been removed, but apparently I am told it looks exactly like one that you had posted a while back. I was not aware of this, and I was not trying to steal your work (as I have been accused of doing.) Honestly I hadn't heard of you until the person who accused me of plagarism mentioned you. (I now realize you are sweetflowers on cakecentral and I DO thank you very much for your help!) I do apologize for any harm or inconvenience this might have caused you. I am not out to steal anyone's work. I am not a professional baker - it is just a hobby. I only posted a tutorial to try to help others.
