Hi Suzanne,

South Africa is still quite isolated when it comes to all the gadgets you can get for cake decorating. Gum paste is unknown and I had to try and find all the ingredients to make it myself. NOT an easy task.  I was tasked with my sister-in-laws wedding cake which was the first really big project I had attempted.  Thoroughly enjoyed it and so grateful for this site!
